From Fuzhou: H2F Game 2026 Development Update

In our first stage as a studio, four very different projects moved forward in parallel. This update records their real status and the ideas behind each one.

01

Starting in Fuzhou

Fuzhou H2F Interactive Co., Ltd. was formally established in Fuzhou on January 15, 2026. The studio begins here, drawing long-term creative inspiration from the city's coast, streets, and everyday life.

Our parent company is H2F Interactive—History To Future. Interactive describes both the dialogue between history and the future and the collaboration between people and AI. Its game brand, H2FGame, gives H2F a second meaning: Heart to Fun. Good games bring joy to your heart, while human judgment, emotion, and imagination continue to shape every story.

April: Smash A Big Watermelon enters closed-test preparation

Smash A Big Watermelon begins with one immediate rule: two matching fruits collide and become a larger one. Physics, spatial planning, and chain merges form the core. The full design spans nine themed worlds and 64 stages, with wind, ice, petrification, fire, darkness, gravity shifts, and boss shields that require high-tier fruit to break.

Both the WeChat Mini Game and PC / Poki builds are complete and now in closed testing and release preparation. Each build is tailored for its own format: portrait touch controls on WeChat and landscape mouse-and-keyboard play for PC and Poki.

03

May: Fruit Orders Rush establishes its core design

Fruit Orders Rush is not a fruit-merging game. Players find the fruit requested by each customer, move it to the order shelf, and complete a set of three for an automatic sale and a burst of coins. Find fruit, fill the order, complete the sale, collect the coins: that is the shortest and most important loop.

Revenue feeds back into shelves, processing stations, staff, and store upgrades. New fruit, customers, timed rush orders, and a ten-stage expansion route arrive over time. The project remains in full gameplay design and is planned for WeChat Mini Games and Poki.

04

June: Cao Thief, Let Her Go moves into development

Cao Thief, Let Her Go uses a comic Three Kingdoms setting, but its core is neither a Huarong escape puzzle nor a roguelike card game. Players recruit units on an 8-by-11 grid, advance the line, merge three matching units into a higher star level, and combine troops, towers, generals, and lord skills to capture cities.

The project is in development. Its first-session path, opening 40 stages, general pools, city defenses, and combat values have all moved into executable design. The planned launch platform is WeChat Mini Games.

05

July: Medium Detective advances as a Steam project

Medium Detective is a premium deduction game built around evidence. Players inspect scenes and objects, compare testimony and contradictions, reconstruct timelines, and submit a defensible chain of proof. Medium sessions are limited: they can point the investigation in a useful direction, but they never state the answer for the player.

The first season is planned around twelve cases. The opening case, The Bride Was Someone Else, has completed its configuration, interaction, audit, and development-handoff design. The game is in development for Steam, with the current focus on a fully testable first-case gameplay loop.

What comes next

These are not four released products; they are four active development tracks. Smash A Big Watermelon will complete pre-release testing first. Fruit Orders Rush will continue refining its management rhythm and economy. Cao Thief, Let Her Go will move toward a playable build, while Medium Detective focuses on completing its first case.

Each project moves at a different pace, but the standard remains the same: prove the play first, then let character, feeling, and world grow around it. Technology may help us move faster; what players should remember is a good experience and the story that happened inside it.
